Shipping and Returns
We will ship your manual order as they become available after printing. Usually, manuals in stock are shipped within 48 hours, not including weekends or holidays. For expedited order processing and shipping please contact Petroleum Learning Programs (PLP) at firstname.lastname@example.org or 281-444-7632.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by PLP or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. PLP is not responsible for packages once they are consigned to UPS, USPS or other shipping services. Tracking information is provided and any questions pertaining to delivery status must be addressed to either UPS, USPS or other shipping service. We may contact you to arrange shipping for large orders.
A Handling Charge applies to all orders placed through the website in addition to actual shipping charges.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada: We compare shipping rates to get your order expedited at the most reasonable cost. Credit Cards arecharged for estimated shipping and handling charges. We may contact you with the estimated shipping rates before your order is shipped. We may contact you to arrange shipping for large orders.
Worldwide Shipping: For orders to be shipped outside of the USA and Canada contact PLP for order processing. Currently our web site does not support International shipping cost estimates. There may be additional customs charges associated with international shipping. We compare shipping rates to get your order expedited at the most reasonable cost. We will contact you with the estimated shipping cost before order is shipped.
Shipping charges are not refundable on returned merchandise.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from PLP are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the shipping carrier.
Multiple Product Orders and Shipping
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping and handling charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

However, there may be times when the manual you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any manuals that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in printing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds cannot be made for materials that have been used, defaced, marked on or otherwise not resalable.
Other than fulfillment or printing errors, there will be a 20% Return Charge on all non-defective returns in original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable on returned merchandise
